Personalized items take longer because each piece is custom made after you place your order. They aren't sitting on a shelf waiting to ship.
Tracking your order
You'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details once your order ships. You can also check the status anytime on our order tracking page.
Holiday and peak season shipping
During the holidays, carriers sometimes run behind due to higher volume. We ship on our end within the normal timeframe, but delivery may take a few extra days once it's in the carrier's hands. If you're ordering a gift for a specific date, order early to give yourself a buffer.
Customs and duties (international orders)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees or import duties when they arrive in your country. These charges are set by your local government, not by us, and are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.
