Just got your shipping email? Tracking info can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after we generate the label. Check back tomorrow.
Stuck on "in transit" for days? This is usually normal during holidays or carrier delays. If it hasn't moved in 7 days, email us.
Says delivered but you don't have it? Check your mailbox, wait one more day, then call your local post office with the tracking number. If it's still missing after 2 days, email us and we'll sort it out.
Can't find your tracking number? Check your email for a message from Sunshine Letters Co, or email us with your order number and we'll resend it.
