Orders and production
How long does it take to make my order?
Most orders are produced within 1 to 2 business days. Laser-cut personalized metal art pieces take a bit longer, usually 5 to 10 business days, because each one is custom made from scratch.
My order hasn't shipped after two days. What's going on?
Our team doesn't work weekends. If you placed your order on a Saturday or after 3 p.m. EST on a Friday, production starts Monday morning. You should see a shipping confirmation by Tuesday or Wednesday.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If it's been less than 24 hours, yes. Email us at support@sunshineletters.co with your order number and the change you need. Once an order enters production, we can't modify it because your piece is already being made.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, production has already started on your personalized piece, so we're unable to cancel. Email support@sunshineletters.co or use our contact page to request a cancellation.
Shipping and delivery
How long does shipping take?
Depends on where you are. Here's the breakdown:

How do I track my package?
You'll get an email with your tracking number and carrier details once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime on our order tracking page.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?
Don't panic yet. A few things to try first:
1. Check your mailbox if you have one. Smaller packages sometimes end up there.
2. Wait a day. Tracking occasionally updates before the carrier finishes the route.
3. Call your local post office with your tracking number. They can pull up a more detailed delivery report.
If it's been more than two days and you still don't have it, email us and we'll sort it out.
Returns and satisfaction
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Contact us within 30 days. Because every piece is personalized, we don't do standard returns, but we will fix whatever went wrong. Wrong engraving, damage during shipping, or it just doesn't look like you expected? We'll make it right.
What if the engraving has a typo?
If the mistake was on our end, we'll remake and reship your piece at no cost. If the typo matches what was submitted in the order form, reach out anyway. We'll work with you to find a solution. Email support@sunshineletters.co with a photo of the item and your order number.
Products and materials
What are your jewelry pieces made of?
Materials vary by product but include stainless steel, zinc alloy with gold or silver plating, and genuine birthstones on select pieces. Each product page lists the specific materials used. Browse our gift collection to see what's available.
Will the jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green?
Our pieces are designed for daily wear. We use plating that resists tarnishing under normal conditions. To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid wearing it in the shower or while swimming. We have a full care guide on our jewelry care page.
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes. Every piece is custom made and ships from the United States. Our workshop is in Cedar Key, Florida.
