Frequently asked question
Sometimes the delays for regular mail are longer than normal, depending on busy periods or statutory holidays. At this time, it is normal to observe a longer delivery time. If however after 14 days you have not received anything, contact us at: xx@madore.com and we will be happy to help you!
If the order is not yet sent, we will change the delivery address as soon as notified. If, however, the order is already sent, the delivery time will be longer since we will have to wait for the package to return to us before forwarding it to the correct address.
MADORE is not responsible for additional customs fees upon receipt of your package. These charges are sometimes observed for shipments outside of Canada. Please check with your customs office to avoid additional charges.

Before you reach out
My order hasn't arrived yet. Is that normal?
US orders take 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Personalized items need an extra 2 to 5 days for production. During holidays, carriers sometimes run behind. If it's been more than 14 days, email us with your order number and we'll track it down.
I made a mistake in my shipping address.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away and we'll update it. If it's already shipped, we'll need to wait for the package to come back to us before resending it to the correct address. This will add a few extra days.
I need to cancel or change my order.
We can make changes within 24 hours of your order. After that, production has already started. Email support@sunshineletters.co with your order number as soon as possible.
