Sunshine Letters Co. respects your right to control how your personal data is used. This page explains your options under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws.
Your right to opt out
If you're a California resident, you have the right to tell us not to sell your personal information. You can make that request in any of the following ways:
- Online form: Submit your request through our opt-out form here.
- Email: Send a message to support@sunshineletters.co with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request." Include your full name and email address.
- Authorized agent: You can have someone submit the request on your behalf. They'll need written permission from you to do so.
What happens after you submit a request
We'll confirm receipt and start processing your request. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. By law, we have up to 45 days to complete the process, with the option to extend by another 45 days if needed. We'll let you know if an extension is necessary.
No penalties for opting out
Opting out won't change your experience with us. You'll receive the same service, the same pricing, and access to the same products whether you opt out or not.
